Can I get an estimate or quote over the phone?

Our Customer Service Representatives are not certified technicians and therefore cannot give estimates or quotes over the phone. We dispatch our technicians to you so we can provide you with an accurate quote since we charge by the job and not by the hour. Every situation is different and we would not want to mislead anyone with a price quoted over the phone without first looking at the project.

 

Can I speak with a technician about my problem over the phone?

Our technicians are completely mobile and most of the time, if they are not dealing with a customer on-site, they are driving, debriefing, completing paperwork or researching. Our technicians are dispatched remotely so they are rarely in the office. We believe in sending a technician to your home or business to properly investigate the situation, explain the diagnosis, and present your options. We can guarantee you will always be presented with a price before any work begins.

 

What is a “dispatch fee”?

A dispatch fee is the minimum charge for sending a plumbing technician to your home to inspect / identify your problem. This is a standard fee and covers the costs incurred by traveling to your home or place of business.

 

Do I pay more after hours or on holidays? Are you going to charge me for overtime?

No, the only difference in after hours service is the dispatch fee. There are no overtime, holiday and / or after hours charges.
